Shipping

We ship Express worldwide. All packages are insured with a tracking number at a flat rate listed below:

Germany 7€ - DHL Germany

Rest of EU 15€ - DHL Express Economy

Outside of the EU 35€ - DHL Express

We offer free priority shipping on all orders over 650€, excluding any applicable customs duties and taxes (see 'DUTIES & TAXES' below). Please note that free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout. For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees may apply.

DELIVERY PERIOD

Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders above 1000€ may take additional 1-3 business days for the customs declaration.

Once the package is scanned out of our warehouse, the estimated delivery period is as below:

Germany: 2-3 business days

Rest of EU: 2-5 business days

Outside of EU: 2-5 business days

The delivery period is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We will always aim to deliver your goods within the estimated delivery period, however, please take into account external issues that may arise outside of our control.

If you suspect your package is delayed, lost or stolen, please contact hi@ottolinger.com with any supporting information so that we can best assist you.

DUTIES & TAXES

All duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout and covered by us via DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping for orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply and are not covered by us.

HOLIDAY PERIOD

SUMMER

We are on summer break from 15 – 19 August.

Any orders made from the 12th of August will be processed from the 22nd of August.

CHRISTMAS

To receive your orders on time, we advise you to place the order before the following dates:

Germany: 19 Dec

Rest of EU & Non-EU: 16 Dec

We are closed between 21 Dec – 30 Dec. Any orders made during this period will be shipped after 30 Dec 2024.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD

If your order was placed after 1st December, you will have until the first week of January to return the item(s) bought during this time. If you have any questions, please contact hi@ottolinger.com.
